Built in 1835 as the Mansion House, Elliott Hall later became the University's
original campus building. It is now home to the History, Politics and Government, and Sociology/Anthropology departments, the Arneson Institute
for Practical Politics and Public Affairs, and the Offices of University Communications. This building originally
faced Sandusky Street, but it was moved to its present location in 1891.
