Sitting regally on a hill among tall pines, Sanborn Hall is home to the Music Department. It features a recital hall, electronic piano laboratory, the Kinnison Music Library, classrooms, practice and composition rooms, and Jemison Auditorium, a 229-seat recital hall used for solo and chamber music performances. Sanborn's adjoining Presser Hall provides rehearsal space for numerous campus and local music groups.
