(registration deadline is Monday, April 7)

Bishop"A Slice of College Life" is a two-day program (optional overnight on Sunday, April 13) designed specifically for students who have been admitted to Ohio Wesleyan University. Participants will have the opportunity to tour campus, visit a class, and meet with faculty members, athletic coaches, and OWU administrators as well as attend information sessions on the honors program, athletics, career services, academic advising, course registration, and student life. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

"Slice" is a one-of-a-kind OWU program. Even if you have visited campus before, we hope that you will join us for this special event.

Day One Sunday, April 13 (tentative)
Morning / Afternoon (optional early arrival activities)

12:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Registration / Information Table Open. Hamilton-Williams Campus Center (HWCC).
12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Financial Aid Officers available. Slocum Hall, Room 246.
12:00 noon - Midnight Library Internet Cafe Open. Beeghly Library.
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. Explore Delaware. Select downtown merchants/restaurants will be open for business. Complete listing available at the Regration table.
1:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Springtime "Two-fer"- The Department of Theatre and Dance presents Orchesis 2008 (student contemporary dance production) and The Photographer (a multi-media theatre/dance extravaganza). Limited Seating, reservations required and taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Chappelear Drama Center

Parent-to-Parent Discussion for PARENTS. OWU Parents discuss their children's experiences with their own impressions of Ohio Wesleyan, HWCC Benes Room.

9:15 p.m. A Slice of Campus Talent. Social for students, The Strand Theatre.
11:30 p.m. Munch and Mingle. The Strand Theatre.
Midnight Midnight Movie or Musical Entertainment. The Strand Theatre.
Day Two Monday, April 14 (tentative)
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Registration. HWCC Atrium.
9:00 a.m. Welcome and Continental Breakfast. Featuring Interim President and Provost, Dr. David Robbins. HWCC Benes Room.
10:00 a.m. - 12noon Library Internet Cafe Open. Beeghly Library.
10:00 a.m.

Class Visitation. Class assignments are made based on academic interests and class availability. You will receive your class assignment when you arrive to campus.
